LOWER CLASS TYPE SALON WHO THINKS THEY ARE BETTER QUALITY.I WENT IN FOR TRIMS AND BLOWDRYS AND MY HAIR WAS EVEN MORE DAMAGED FROM GOING TO ADAGIO.THE IMMATURE NATURE OF SOME OF THE STYLISTS WAS ANOTHER DRAW BACK.WHISPERING AND RUDE COMMENTS HAD BEEN MADE REGARDING THINGS AS MY AGE AND BEING TOO OLD(IM IN MY THIRTIES?) I have been a client of Adagio spa for some time now and have noticed some changes in staff. The morale also seems to be diminished. Gone is the usual happy banter among the very crew that kept me coming back. The mix of staff that made this spa a happy and competent crew has changed. My introduction to the Adagio Spa was through word of mouth... a friend had discovered this little spa and said I should give it a try. Staff were somewhat polite and made an effort to make me feel welcome. My friend recommended the Esthetician "Heather". Heather greeted me with kindness and really took the time to get to know me and my needs. I have not met a person in the service industry that exhibits such impressive people skills. Heather made me feel welcome and got down to business taking my skin care history into account as we discussed what would be the best treatment for me. Relaxed and secure in Heathers' capable hands, I spent an enjoyable afternoon being spoiled. Will return often and only if "Miss Heather" can take my appointment.
