Enjoyable 1/31/2011

I have worked with a few dealerships in the past but never have I had such an enjoyable experience as I did at Acura Of Peoria. My salesman Steve was able to answer all of our questions and then some. The general sales manager Brijen even came out to introduce himself to me. The entire process was a little too easy, before I knew it I was driving away in my new TL. more

I was so Impressed 1/26/2011

I was looking at an Audi and went to Acura to compare. I was so impressed with how I was treated by Stanley Brown throughout the entire process. Not only did I buy an Acura, my parents went back in to buy one as well. To add to it, my parents use to own Acura's, but had a bad experience from this dealership in the past and sold their Acura's. more

Very happy 1/20/2011

I had been a Bell Acura customer for a long time. Then when the ownership changed we were treated very badly and sold both our Acura's for another luxury brand. Our son recently went back and saw Stanley Brown who sold him a TSX. He was very happy with the Dealership and Stanley Brown so I came in to see Stanley as well. I did not receive the Gang Sales tactact as before and felt very comfortable working with Stanley and the management. more

The best car buying experience 1/13/2011

The sales rep was knowledgable and friendly. The dealership had a great inventory to choose from. Overall this was the best car buying experience thus far. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I will also return for future auto needs. Keep up the good work! more

That much more rewarding 1/5/2011

First off, I haven’t purchased a vehicle in years and the thought of dealing with a car salesman is sometimes difficult. However, our sales person Jorge Gomez at Acura of Peoria was EXCELLENT! Jorge was extraordinarily friendly and had a great personality which made the sale that much more rewarding. I would recommend this dealership/Jorge Gomez to my family and friends. Love the 2010 Acura RDX -On a final note to Jorge: Need more cookies! lol more

Very professional staff, courteous, and efficiant. I would recomend this dealership to all my family and freinds. Financing department worked hard to get what I needed and signing paperwork was quick and easy. I have also experienced there service department and they are excellent. more

The most helpful dealer 12/28/2010

Sam Law, our salesperson, was helpful, knowledgeable and professional .Everyone was professional, courteous and  and made the experience great , including the General Manager Mr. Brijen Dave.  The financial adviser was a five. I would purchase at the dealer again and will recommend it too.  We drove all the way from Tuscon to buy this car because Acura of Peoria was the most helpful dealer over the internet and phone. more

Hats off to the team 12/17/2010

I first communicated with Chuck through the Internet sales mechanism at Acura of Peoria. Chuck was the consument professional. His patience, and honesty was fantastic. I am not a very good car buying individual - in that Dealership are like going to the dentist. My attitude towards the aspect of car dealerships has changed because of in individuals such as Chuck. The whole team that I interacted with at your dealership was very good, caring and professional. My hats off to your team, especially Chuck-in taking the time to assist my wife in understanding the "tech package" of our new RL. more

Best Dealer 12/15/2010

The best word to describe my experience at Acura of Peoria would be Genuine. The sales staff was not interested in just making the deal...they listened to what I had to say and offered me a great deal on what was in my best interest. Therefore I was happy to purchase the car and trusted them becasue they were genuine. I can't say as I've ever had deal go so smoothly which is saying a lot for me because I trade cars often. The hardest part of buying a car for anyone is being able to trust the dealer. To be able to understand through the usual smoke and mirrors. I can honestly say that my experience was well explained and I understood the deal to the last penny. Which makes me want to go back and buy more cars. I only hope they keep the great staff they have on hand right now, because they are best dealer I have ever bought a car from. more

I would highly recommend 12/9/2010

I have had bought several vehicles from this dealer over the last 4 years. Whether buying a brand new TSX or a used MDX, I have always been treated with respect and will not do business with any other dealership in town. Brijen has been great to work with on 3 different occasions and is always willing to go the extra mile to get you what you want. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a new Acura or even a preowned vehicle! more

Personable & Knowledgeable 12/3/2010

My salesperson Sara Frey was extremely personable, knowledgeable and resourceful in answering my questions. No questions I asked were too big or too small and she was sensitive to my needs. She took me on as many test drives as I wanted until I got what I wanted. She deliberately tried to find me the vehicle I wanted. Sara went over the settings extremely well. The finance manager Mike was extremely kind and personable. He was very good at his job and did not abuse any extra time. He stayed right on the task. more

Great Dealership We bought our 2007 TSX from here in 2007 and have nothing but exceptional service. The service staff at Acura of Peoria are very professional. We had currently owned a BMW and will never get one again because of the poor service from that dealership. Vince Hancock is your man at the service counter!!! thanks again Acura of Peoria more
