My 1989 Acura Legend has 319,000 miles on it with no sign of quitting anytime soon. In large part, I owe this to Joey and Jona the owners of Acura Honda Connection and their sound advice and great service. The respectful, detailed explanation of the auto service required is afforded to not just auto savvy customers but to those of us who just want our vehicle to be fixed. I appreciate the clean, professional environment of the office as well as their shop and personnel. I have never felt taken advantage of or "sold" a service that would not prolong the life of my vehicle. I feel very lucky to have been directed hereby a friend about 3 years ago. I was at the end of my rope with my Odyssey after spending lots of money at the dealership and then getting confusing advice from a tire shop about "problems" that my car supposedly had. The people at Acura Honda Connection seperated out what was necessary for safety reasons from what was not. This allowed me to keep my vehicle which saved me money. last month I went there to do the 90 k service. they just change the oil, air filter, transmission oil, and adjust battery terminal. and charge me $329. and also rear brake charge me $177. only good for one day next day when I push the brake pad I feel like vibrating. I've been here several times and am impressed by the straight scoop I feel I get from these guys. My car has always been ready on time and communication was there as well. I will admit that I have never written a review on any auto service place, but for Acura Honda Connection, I am pleased to go out of my way to put in my review. Hands down, these guys are EXCELLENT beyond explainable. These guys treated me as a friend, rather than a customer.. I must admit, this is very rare to find nowadays. Honesty, Integrity, and Excellent Worksmanship is second nature for them. These guys are super honest and its a pleasure to deal with mechanics who posess good communication skills. They don't try to do work that isn't necessary, yet they keep me informed of any potential safety issues. I've always been really happy with the quality of work. The loaner cars are a real convenience. Been going there about 6 years and plan on many more. more
