I have purchased several cars over the years from the various Frankel dealerships and I have never been anything but happy. The owner, Bobby Frankel, never forgets to take the time to walk through service saying hello and thanking folks for their business. Frankly, if you don't buy at Frankel your taking a chance. If anything, I mean anything is wrong, just call the owner or one of the managers and they will absolutely fix it! THIS IS FOR REAL, NO KIDDING. more

Took way too long 8/15/2005

I was looking to purchase an Acura TSX from this dealership in 2004. They didn't have the exact model I wanted on the lot but they told me it would take 2 weeks to get. Over 2 months went by and they still didn't have it. Not only that but the salesperson never called me. I had to call him to keep checking on it. I eventually went to a different Acura dealer to purchase the car and hand a much better experience (they had 2 cars of the model I wanted right on the lot). more
