This was my first purchase experience with Acura 101 West but not my first with the new General Manager, Sean Fortier. As always, he treated me like I was the only customer on earth and got me exactly what I was looking for at the right price. His team followed suit and made sure I was 100% comfortable through the whole process. I highly recommend this dealership to everyone. more

No Customer Support Once Paperwork Signed 11/26/2011

Upon closing the purchase for our car we indicated that due to being an active duty military family we do not pay the full CA registration fee as we are exempt. We were told that we have to pay the full fee for now and will be cut a check from the dealership at a later date upon finalizing with the registration office. 2 months later we received a check for $29 that should have been approximately $180. more

Best car purchase experience I had with Fleet department 10/24/2010

We were introduced to this Dealership by a Broker who has been dealing with Sam (Fleet Manager) for few years.Upon arrival I did get a red carpet treatment by Sam as well as his assistance Sergick who took me for a test drive in the Acura TSX that I was interested to purchase.Sergick to Acura was like comparing Gordon Ramsey to Food,this guy knew his Acura's features & Technology like the back of his hand,Very nicely spent over One hour with me explaining all about this vehicle. more

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP 12/17/2009

Went to buy my second Acura at this place. Well, all the old crew was gone and in their place and stead were a bunch of asswizards. Not interested in making a sale, that's for sure. Business must be SOOO Good that they can treat customers rudely. They simply don't care at this dealership. They are the most rude on the telephone. Where is Little George and the crew??? They have all gone away from this corporate store. Horrible treatment. Left without buying a car just because I was not going to give them my business. Terrible Manager 12/17/2009

I bought my 2004 Acura TL here and had a great experience. Unfortunately, when I returned to buy a MDX the salesperson took me to the manager when I tried to leave. The manager asked me why I had to talk to my husband before buying a car and was condescending and demeaning. I told him that I was leaving and really felt like I was being held hostage as he blocked my exit and tried to coerce me to buy before calling or talking to anyone. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! 9/27/2009

After looking for a car and shopping online, I came across Acura 101 west. I took a trip to their lot and was greeted by a friendly salesman. After speaking with his manager, I was told that I was upside down on my current car and would need $9000 to buy an $18,000 car that a was on their lot for over 80 days! The manager said he would later call me to see what could be done...he never did. After visiting Acura of Thousand Oaks I got into a better TL and they paid off my previous car. I was asked by the salesman of 101 to return if I purchased another Acura so I did. A manager told me in a condescending tone, ""good luck with that car; don't be surprised if the bank takes it back!"" He was rude, demeaning and down right nasty. My entire company, family and friends have been warned about this person and this facility. I STRONGLY advise you to steer clear of this place. Watch Their Leasing Dept-Read the Documents 5/15/2009

Be careful who the stick you with in terms of a finance (lease). I was approved with Honda Leasing which allowed me to return the car to the dealer (8 miles from my house). They swapped me (at the last minute) to Mechanic's Bank who is making me return it to Alhambra (half way across LA County); I spoke to the dealer several times and they told me they would work something out-in the end...Chip (sales manager) was rude and basically told me to ""Pound Sand"". Wow 2/17/2005

I went into this dealership looking at the RSX. I wasnt sure that I wanted an Acura. It was between the Acura and the BMW 3 series.I arrived at this Acura dealership and was instantly greeted by Nancy ( the sales woman). She was kind and interested in what I wanted. I was so pleased with her attitude and her attention in the first three minutes that I interacted with her that I decided that Acura was for me. Not to mention that I saw the color and interior that I was after right when I arrived. I sat down for all the signatures and was driving home in my new Acura about 45 minutes later.
