Best Kept Secret in Knoxville 2/6/2010

This little mom & pop pet store is one of the best kept secrets in Knoxville. Although it is small, the employees go out of their way with all orders and requests - small to large. We have consulted their employee, John, on several occasions. He has a vast knowledge, especially about setting up salt water tanks - also is well versed in birds. We have found them all to be very friendly. Prices are reasonable. Not a chain store, but you get much more personal service and the quality is great. more

I absolutely love this store all of the employees go out of their way to be friendly and help with anything they can! As far as prices go IF anybody knew anything about the business in general would know that the prices are what they pay for them and still able to make a living! I would highly recommend this store! more

Not my favorite place 4/6/2006

I have alot of complaints about this pet shop. Until just recently they were the only pet shop between South Knoxville and Sevierville, so everyone who wanted anything to do with their pets HAD to either shop there or Walmart. Their prices are horrible, twice as much as anyone else. They keep their reptiles ( the few they have ) in aquariums that are TOO SMALL. They do not keep a good supply of frozen rodents , and they ask around $9.00 each for them ! Best to stay well away from here. more
