UGHHH, where do i start? Day 1 I break down at 5:45 pm, I call my Roadside Assistance and they schedule these yahoos to come pickup my car, ETA was 4hrs, so i leave my car and go home, i give them my home number so they can call before they arrive so i can bring them my keys. At 9:30 I decide to call and see how things are going and they tell me they came over an hour ago and called my cell but it went straight to voicemail (thats why i had given them my house#)and as they put it ""he aint driven back out there tonight."" Then i have to go move my car at 10 pm(luckily it still ran) b/c its parked in a school carpool section to my Aunts house(lived about 3 blocks away.) \r
Day 2: At 7:30am they call and say ""we're in traffic, well be there in 20 minutes"" I call them over an hour later and ask where they are and they say ""we'll be there in 45min."" I call them at about 10:30 and they say ""we're sending someone right now."" I then call my roadside assitance ppl and they call the wrecker and the wrecker says they'll be there in 20 min, about 45 minutes later they do acually show up. \r
Its a good thing my aunt lived right there and i was able to move my car in the 1st place, its also a good thing she doesnt work and was able to sit around waiting for them. I can only imagine what kind of stress other ppl go through with this service, especially if its an actual emergency and they need immediate assistance. I agree with the other poster "" Avoid At All Cost."" If there ever is a next time I will definately use a different wrecker, pay out of pocket and wait to be reimbursed, that way at least i have my peace of mind
Pros: The man who picked up my car was very friendly and apolegetic , his name is Donald, its a shame he doesnt run the rest of the buisness
Cons: Through all this they never bothered to call, I had to keep calling them
