I've been with Action Termite Control for the past 3 years when they took over the termite company in Tucson that closed. They continue to maintain and service my contact annually. Professional, timely whether working with the office staff or technician who comes to the house. Great company! more

Very satisfied with the service - but it seems that the liquid only works for a certain amount of time and comes back - not complaining - really but maybe you can figure it out and fix it - other customers may have same problem and you could improve that way RESPONSE FROM Action Termite Control: Thank you for taking time to write us a review I just wanted to explain why the termites come back sometimes the products we use are non repellant so they are not a contact kill they take time to take effect on the colony in Arizona they estimate that there are 5 to 10 colonies per square acre so once the product eliminates the colony we can not prevent another colony from moving in to the area and that is when you start to see evidence pop up again that does not mean the product is not working it just takes time for it to take effect again I hope this helps you and thank you again for taking time to let us know how we are doing more

My initial experience with Action Termite was typical, good presentation, great marketing material, this is how they caught me, I purchased the $1000 5 year warranty plan, work completed in Sept 2013 and as of today I still have termites. They offered to apply a spray to the visual effected area. If the top of the line service packet didn't work, what would some cheap spraying accomplish. I tried for 1 week to speak to Office Manger Mike Sandoval, no reply. I tried to speak to the owner, no luck. When I did finally speak to Mike, he was rude and had the typical arrogant attitude once these crooks get your money, he said termites never go away and that is why I purchased a warranty. The worst customer service I have ever experienced, PLEASE! take your business somewhere else. more

We are very pleased with the service we received from Action Termite. Flexible scheduling for the initial estimate and the actual treatment. Richard called in advance as we requested and arrived exactly when promised. He did a very thorough inspection and similarly thorough treatment. Both Richard and his assistant Celeste were efficient and wasted no time, and worked well as a team. It is obvious that Richard knows what he is talking about, and was happy to share his knowledge about termites (life cycle, habits, etc) and treatment options. I called Action Termite on Wednesday after discovering evidence of termite activity in our home. They had someone out the next day to do the inspection/ evaluation, and the very next day, the treatment was done. All of the staff with whom I dealt with were extremely courteous and professional, and prompt. Jeremy and Robert in particular were very nice, and took the time to explain everything to us. After very quick initial response and treatment, it was determined that one area of the home should not be initially treated because of landscaping and grading work. I called back when that work was done, and a technician was sent out the very next day to complete the job with no additional charge. Very professional and courteous. I was in the general pest control industry while in college, but was never licensed for termite services. Being in the industry for a few years, I could tell that the technicians were thorough and eager to relay information on our problems. We have a 2000 sq. ft. home and they finished a subteranean and dry wood termite service right on time. Five stars. more

We have had problems with "Dry wood termits" for several years now, but have left them unattended and they have just sort of moved around a bit as to location within our home, but very localized... not spread out. We attended a recent home show here in Tucson, and arranged for several well know companies to check out and assess our needs to arest the problem. My wife had heard on the radio about Action Termite Control, listed with Rosie on the House as their only recomendation here in Tucson. After getting estimates from all three companies, we had only one clear choice which was Action Termite Control. The contract was clear, precise and complete with no surprises or additions or long term contracts. The work started May 1, 2013 and I have waited to write this to be sure that the termites are not in hidding. The company personel were helpful in letting us know not only the source but what as home owners what we could do to help eliminate the termites in the future. They provided a six month warranty, and the results were immediate with no further evidence of their presence. The service man was very clean and quick with little inconvienance other than having to move our personal items away from walls, etc. Deffinately a solid thumbs up... five big stars, and thank you Action Termite Control for a job well done! PS Those other two companies, I leave unamed one wanted a long term contract and was thousands of dollars more for initial work, the other, smaller company was about the same price as Action, but their contract was very unclear as to what they were doing and very unprofessional over all! Roy showed up on time and startedf working right away. He told me what he was going to do and how he would do it and how it would insure the termites would be all dead within a couple of months. He was very professional and a hard worker. We are very pleased with the way it was done, even the drilling. more

We suspected termite damage inside our home just a few days before a trip. I called Action early Mon. morning and their inspection rep arrived at 11:00. He gave us an excellent summary of termite problems and extermination process options, inspected the entire house and yard including detailed diagram. The crew came out the next day and completed the work in a professional, orderly, and courteous way. Their prompt attention, even though they do not advertise emergency service,was greatly appreciated. We certainly recommend them. more

Action Termite was a pleasure to deal with when I found out I had termites I did not know what to think so had 3 diffrent companies come out to give me prices and Jeremy from Action was by far the most thorough of all the people we had come out he checked my whole house and found termites that the other companies mist he explained in detail what was going to be done and even left a diagram showing what was going to be done something the other companies did not do we then set up an appoitment for someone to come and treat they showed up right on time like Jeremy said they would and the gentleman then introduced him self to me and then walked me arount my house to explain what he was going to do which was exactly how Jeremy had explained after the job was done Jesus asked me to walk around the house agian and showed me what he had done and wanted to make sure everything was to my expectations which they had exceeded the customer service with this company was great I highly recommed them more

I have had two different experiences with Action Termite Control. The first time was in a house that had had termites for a number of years. I was using a company that would do a little work, and then the termites would be back a few months later. I found Action on the internet, and they did a thorough work up on the house. Following an in-depth investigation, they laid out a course of action that included drilling into the cement, taking out drawers, and working under the sink. The previous company never went to this length. After Action left, the termites did not return. About two weeks ago I used Action again at my mother's house. The infestation was not as extensive at the previous one, but the service was still very acceptable. They arrived promptly, and told me what they planned to do, how they planned to do it, and when it would be done--and they kept their word. They really know how to handle termite problems. more

Action Termite Control is one of the best in the business. I own a home inspection company, and subcontract them for termite inspections. I have been working with Mike for the last year and a half, and think Action Termite is a great company. I use Mike five or six times a week, on average. A while back, he emailed me and told me what he had to offer. He convinced me, and I've been using him ever since. After I found out I had termites I called around and got a few estimates the inspector from Action Termite was the only one that inspected my whole house and even found more spots with termites he then explained what would have to be done to solve my problem and went over the price and warranty with me his price and warranty was right inline with the other estimates I got so I hired them they were able to come out the next day the guy that came out was very friendly and did a great job I would recommend them more
