Never in a hurry and making you feel like you are the most important person of the day.. It seems so easy doesn't it? just don't have any wood that touches the ground. Well. You haven't lived in the desert until you've lived in an adobe. An adobe with floor joists that are structurally supported in ... adobe walls. And adobe means termites. Action Termite is really good at making that poison get into all the right places, like a little termite Jonestown. more

I like that we can schedule a two hour window so I don't have to set aside an entire day waiting for someone. For some reason I only received a "final reminder" in the mail after we had already expired and no previous notices. I was about to call the same day they called me for my renewal. I am glad we can still renew!! more

In 2012 Zeb-Tec merged with Action Termite and we have continued service with Action Termite for 2 years and so far the transition has been painless and bugless! My next door neighbor had termites and had called Action termite to come out and check her house. As the inspector was here, he noticed that my house as well had termites, so he came to the door, introduced himself and explained that he was working with our neighbor and noticed that we also had termites. He said he just wanted to let us know and he showed me. He was so professional, so nice and calmed my fears. I was petrified they were going to start walking my floors and my dogs would try playing with them. I then because of him set up an appointment and was so pleased and delighted with the company I forgot the awful fact that i had termites. Because there is so much building going on in our area and the rain, the termites did come back twice, which is to be expected, yet I had a 3 year warranty so all I needed to do was call them when I saw the tunnels and they really came out immediately and handled it all. They really make it easy for you as a homeowner. We had left our old company in the past because the service was just never there. Thankfully we were lucky enough to find Action Termite and are now getting ready to renew our on-going coverage again. Call them, they are so professional and caring. more

They respond quickly when contacted for the annual inspection, and the inspection is efficient and thorough. If an area needs treatment, that is scheduled quickly and completed well. more
