Bought a new Honda lawnmower, had to take it back in less than a week because it wouldn't stay running. Salesperson wouldn't return my calls, manager didn't take a personal intere...

I couldn't agree more with the posts below. I'm happy to see so many other people have had great experiences with Action Power Sports. I have also had a few visits into the store, and while sometimes they do get busy, the sales team is always friendly and more then willing to help you or answer your questions. more

I don't really know much about motorcycles... Wait! Don't stop reading yet! It doesn't take a genius to learn that this shop has great prices on parts and service. They installed the exhaust for my husbands motorcycle in the past and it was done perfectly. My husband has also recently bought some parts for our scooter here and we paid low prices without the hassles of buying online. Everyone here is super nice, even the customers I've been around were cool. When my husband was trying to figure out a way to title his grey bike, it was one of the customers along with the manager (I can't remember his name) that pointed us in the right direction. Just a great atmosphere all around. As a rider, this shop has played a part in all the positives I've experienced in the riding culture and community. They've turned this girly girl into a loyal customer. more

I just have to say, being a man, and being into motorsports, it's hard to find a store in this industry with people who really know about the business. It is quite a relief having found Action Power Sports, and conversing with the employees there, and having them actually knowing about the business. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this place. more

This review is long overdue. I knew very little about motorcycles when I went shopping for my first one a few months ago. I was new to riding and they not only answered all my questions but taught and helped me with how to go about discovering/learning more about bikes so that I would be a smart customer no matter where I went. They take care of their customers and their motorcycles. They are knowledgeable, friendly, intelligent and professional men who know how to run a business. Honestly, their characters speak volumes about the kind of people they are, the business they run, and the fabulous quality of the bikes they sell. It is definitely a privilege to know them. more

Great customer service 1/27/2011

Great customer service by parts department. I had a tire that went bad under warranty. They ordered a new one and said it would be in the next day. The company sent wrong tire to them, instead of having me wait another day they replaced it with one of their own. Above and beyond my expectations. more

For $770 I expected better customer service. Probably a great lawnmower, just buy it somewhere else. Pros: Good product Cons: Poor service more

WORSE PLACE OUT THERE? 8/10/2009

brought the motor from my atv here to get the shifter shaft replaced and to get the carb to stop leaking gas, whell it took them more than a month to do the repair and when i got it back it deosnt shift gears and still leaks gas, that was after a $440 bill. they told me something else was wrong with the motor and not anything they did. SO they basically charger me $440 and left me with a atv in worse shape them when i brought it in. now i cant even ride it. DONT EVER GO THERE! Cons: everything more
