I brought my bike in after having running issues the service manager was very helpful in letting me know what could be happening with my bike. Went in for an estimate and when they found out what the problem was they called with the quote. The service manager was very nice and broke down everything for me to understand. When the bike was done they called, I came in checked the bike out the service manager went over everything that was done to the bike and even showed me how to prevent it from happening again. The bike was running SWEEET!!! I then had to order some parts they know there stuff very well as I found out. they ordered my parts and got me on my way. Pros: Great service manager great service!!! Everyone who owns a bike knows that the dealer is the most expensive place to get work done. Supposedly, this is because the mechanics are factory trained and use factory parts. Mt.
