Be prepared-MAKE NO MISTAKES 9/12/2014

I came to Pine Belt Chevrolet in Freehold looking to replace 2 cars with 2 new Chevy's. One car was a lease that I thought ended in August. I was incorrect-I still had 3 months remaining. Shame on me for not having all the details. The dealership knew this...shame on them for taking advantage of a customer and now I'm stuck with 3 car bills. When I spoke with them their answer was, if they were buying a car they would have all the information, therefore, since I was wrong, it was ok to take advantage of me. That's what this dealership is all about. Buyer BEWARE! They took the new car smell out of the car, before I even got home! more

Be Prepared to Wait 9/16/2005

I went to Freehold Chevrolet after getting a price on a car at a different Chevy dealer. I was curious to see if they would be the others prices. They didn’t. They took forever taking down my information and getting prices to me, so long in fact, that I told them I was going to leave, because I was there over an hour, just talking prices. Their selection of cars were not that great, very few on the lot. Would not recommend. more
