Action Cargo Express

This freight company is right up there w/Delta Airlines' shipping process! DO NOT USE THIS FREIGHT COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! They are RUDE, hold your items for days/weeks, if it is not convenient for them to deliver the item - they simply wait until it is convenient. They DO NOT work w/your schedule or your time...they do what is easiest for them. When this person (a woman in this case) showed up at my home, attempting a delivery, she did not bother to come to the door. Instead, sat in the driveway calling my cell phone - which I did not hear, as it was upstairs and missed her call. I sat at home for days, waiting for this person! When I explained to her about my cell phone being upstairs and I could not hear it, she replied ""How am I supposed to know that""...I pretty much went balistic after that and actually hung up on her. I then called Action Cargo directly - the woman that answered the phone was not much better than the person I had just hung up on! TRULY HORRIBLE - I am ready to just return my item as I REALLY DON'T EVEN WANT TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! more

This is the worst service I have had in a LONG time, and I llive in a nearby town that is notorious for bad service. The driver showed up a half hour early for a scheduled delivery and got obviously annoyed on the phone that I wasn't there to meet him yet and then proceeded to walk onto my newly carpeted floors with his shoes on. I about had a heart attack. This is March, so that's like mud season in Wyoming. When I told him they either had to put on booties or take their shoes off (it was huge and took 2 people to carry it) He sighs loudly and says ""Well I don't HAVE booties so I guess I'll have to try to take my shoes off."" wtf?? You guess? Isn't that plain common sense? more

This company is a huge joke when it comes to reliable freight shipping! They have been staring at my package for about a week on their loading dock. Every time I call to check, they visually confirm the package, and tell me it'll be delivered tomorrow. 3 days in a row this happened with no explanation as to why it had been delayed. Given the choice, I will never go through Action Cargo Express again. more
