They took down one negative review, so here's another. Briefly: they do not answer phones (EVER), they do not call back as promised, they promise services they cannot deliver. AVOID them and save yourself extreme frustration and a bad headache!!!! You'll be glad you called another cleaning service. Their business practices are suspect. more

Please save yourself the money and the headache! After purchasing a two hour cleaning service through Groupon, I could not have been more frustrated and angry with the process of scheduling an appointment (which I had already purchased, by the way). No one ever answers the phone, no matter what time of day you call, and all inquiries go straight to an answering service. After leaving about TEN messages to try and schedule an appointment, no one ever called me back. Suspect, yes? What business NEVER (and I do mean NEVER) answers the phone?! Before I bought the service, I was told getting an appointment for the next week would be no problem. After purchasing it, I was told the wait was minimally a couple of weeks. All around, this was a HORRIBLY FRUSTRATING experience. Save yourself the trouble and call somebody else!!!!! more
