I hired Action Air Conditioning and Heating to fix my gas wall heater in my house. Their first mistake was to miss their appointment. I waited over three hours them and they never showed up. After scheduling a second appointment, they finally showed up and fixed the unit...I thought. That night, the wall unit wouldn't shut off. I had to disconnect the gas myself. I called them about the problem and they sent someone over right away to fix the problem. They fixed the problem...and sent me a bill for another $55 dollars! I complained to their manager and they insisted on charging me the extra money because they said the unit broke between the time they fixed it and my first use. Not to mention, the left a big grease spot on my carpet (which they came back and cleaned no charge). Finally, after a few months of complaining, the gave me $25 dollars back from my $375 bill! Not a happy customer!
