Found a super cute Urban Expressions hand bag that was priced at $42.00. When I was looking it over I found the original TJ Maxx tags in a zipper pocket. Their price was $39.99. I did ask for a price reduction but the sales person would only go down to the TJ Maxx price of $39.99. My recommendation, buy new from TJ Maxx. I walked away. more

Beware of this consignment shop. They will only give you $50.00 at a time and not your entire cash balance. I found this out by going in to collect my money. They said a check would be written to me by the owner on the 15th of the month and sent to my home. This did not happen. I called the store on the 21st to find out where my check was. Hadn't been written or mailed. I'll let you figure out why this is not a good place for your items. Bad bad customer service to your consignees. more

This place was awesome! So happy to find a spot I can drop off my items anytime. And I got so many brand new things for Christmas gifts! Loved all the jewelry.\r more

I brought in some items to consign at Act II Consignment. None of my items were accepted, but the reason they gave me doesn't hold water. They stated that the items were too worn, but most were like new. After I returned home I could tell that they hadn't even looked through all of my items! I certainly would expect some things to be turned down, but most of my clothes were from Ann Taylor, Ann Taylor Loft, and Calvin Klein, and all were in good condition. In fact, they were in much better shape than many of the clothes I saw hanging on the racks! I have three small children and it's not easy for me to find time to drive all the way to a store like this to try to earn some extra money for my family. I expect to be treated fairly and I was not. I will never return to this establishment. more

I am a very dedicated bargin shopper, and Act II is my favorite place for good deals. I am constantly amazed at the quality and prices of the items I find there. The staff is great, very friendly and helpful. I will be going to Act II for years to come. Check it out I'm sure you'll learn to love it too!! Pros: I always enjoy my experience here more

I love this consignment store. They carry an excellent selection of brands, sizes and styles. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The bargain rack usually has a few items that I can't pass up because of the great prices. They also offer great sales. :o) Pros: Good parking, Friendly staff, Fantastic bargains more
