Acorn Place is a brand new residential development in Millis, MA, for those in the 55+ community seeking newly constructed homes while maintaining an active and independent lifestyle. Consisting of 44 townhouses and four single-family homes, the inspiration for this development came from customers who expressed a desire to downsize and simplify their lifestyle with accommodations such as a first-floor master bedroom, affordability, and reliable new construction.
Working with a pallet of 25 heavily-wooded acres, we were able to come up with a creative site plan that involves two private villages while preserving 52% of the existing forest. These spacious home designs all have a first-floor living experience including a master bedroom, open concept great room, dining/kitchen area combination, and a private den. The second floor consists of a loft area, guest suite, and storage room. Community amenities will include a clubhouse and meeting area.
