More Money will Always Get my Gold 2/17/2013

After almost a week stopping in at a bunch of gold buyers in my area, I found to my surprise that Acori Diamonds pays the most and they were honest. We found another that paid as high, but they claimed it was less weight in gold - since the ring had both silver and gold. So Acori Wins my gold. more

Best Jewelry Deal of 2013 2/14/2013

I found the most incredible silver and gold tennis bracelet at Acori Diamonds, it was a one of a kind that they had bought from someone needing the money more and it was just too nice to melt. When I saw it I was so drawn to it I wasn't sure how I was going to have it but I knew I needed it :-) So we worked out a deal where I traded in a ring and a necklace I don't have much sentimental value for with some cash and I now have the most unique and fantastically beautiful bracelet that I love so much I don't even want to take it off. more

Clearly a Premium Custom Jewelry Designer! 1/27/2013

We don't even live in the Houston area but a family member had such great success with a custom diamond ring that we decided to make the trip just to have Billy from Acori design a ring for our daughters graduation. We couldn't have been more happy with the results of this project and should the need arise again, we wouldn't think go going aywhere else for this level of quality craftsmanship. more

An excellent experience! 1/24/2013

I couldn't have planned a better experience buying an engagement ring at Acori Diamonds & design. Every guy experiences the classic sweaty palms and shortness of breath walking through jeweler the door, but that soon left as Billy took care of everything. He explained the entire process super clear/understandable about the diamond, setting, purchasing, financing, insuring, etc. for novices in the ring buying department. I ended up buying the perfect ring for my fiance and she couldn't have been happier. I really liked this place because their family owned and operated and all the diamonds and settings are personally designed and shaped by Billy the owner. The price was unbeatable and they have everything including the certificate for the diamond, the appraisal, financing, and you won't need a cleaning kit because you can always bring the ring in to get cleaned for free. The setting is under warranty for life, so if something happens they'll fix it no problem and in a few months I'll be getting a wedding band to match the engagement ring. It was an excellent experience! more

If "a diamond is forever," this is one of the best places to go for your diamond jewelry because their service is exceptional and the selection is unlimited because they can custom design anything you want. I shop here frequently as I prefer excellent service. more

I bought my wife engagement ring here but only after I went allover town looking for the right ring. In the end I had to have it custom made and chose Acori based on their experience and craftsmanship. I got a really good deal too. more

More Money than Anywhere else 1/16/2013

Back in December I went to Acori to sell some old jewelry I don't use anymore. I was shocked when I learned it was worth More than I paid for it since Gold has gone up in value. Now I'm looking through all my stuff looking for more gold. Just be sure to check what what these guys will pay you before selling to anyone else. It's worth an extra 20-25%. more

Great Selection 12/27/2012

I got my engagement ring here and it is gorgeous. I get so many compliments on how unique and "me" it is. (It's an art deco style). It was actually far less expensive than average.They have a huge price range in stock from $900 rings with mostly hand carved details and small stones up to the $13000 whopper diamonds. The service was pitch perfect - not pushy at all, exremely well informed and patient. It's a 5 Star Service and Selection every time. more

Great Store 12/24/2012

I was in South East Houston (friendswood) with my husband on business when I stumbled across the most awesome jewelry store that also buys gold and silver. I'd never seen a place that does both but Acori also custom designs diamond jewelry and it was so interesting to hear how they make their jewelry. I bought a custom Hammered Cross they had on display and I feel I got and incredible deal. Next time I am in the area I will be in there looking for more super great deals. more

My Highest Recommendation 11/30/2012

I could not have been happier with my experience with Acori Diamonds and Design. Having found them based on their excellent internet reviews, I stopped in on a weeknight to get started on the process of buying an engagement ring. After the initial consultation, I came back to take a look at four beautiful diamonds. Billy spent over an hour with me and answered every possible question that I had. Their work on the ring itself was absolutely breathtaking and best of all, my fiancee loves it! I give them my highest recommendation ! more

My Engagement ring came from Acori Diamonds & Design and I could not be any happier. I personally experienced their service when i brought my ring in for an adjustment in the band after I lost 75 lbs. They cleaned and re-sized it and i had it back in no time. A fantastic place to shop if you are looking for well crafted custom designed high quality jewelry. The staff are very helpful and patient. In addition, there is a large selection of jewelry that covers a range of tastes. We used them to have our grandmothers vintage wedding ring recreated when she lost the original ring, we never told her it was a new ring and she never had to despair over loosing her wedding ring. more

My fiance and I picked out my engagement ring here at Acori last weekend and were incredibly satisfied with the experience. We went in "just to look" and were totally impressed with the selection (I wanted vintage), plus Connie was completely helpful and worked with us until I found the perfect ring. So many of their pieces are completely unique, and the newer designer rings were beautiful too. I didn't feel like they were judgmental or snobby at all, just nice and very helpful. more

Great Service! 10/21/2012

I inherited 500 ounces of Silver from a relative and wasn't sure what to do with it. I went to some pawn shops but it seemed like they were trying to steal it for nearly nothing. Bill over at Acori gave me 15000 which was DOUBLE the other offers. I am very Happy with the way this all worked out, I appreciate that as much as anything. more

Bill has reset stones and repaired jewelry, replaced watch batteries, and done a two custom design jobs for various people in our family. We also bought a nice loose diamond from him at somewhat of a wholesale price, which they set for us. We're very happy with Acori Diamonds & Design. You might call before you visit though, they do get pretty busy during the middle of the day. more

I found Acori to be one of the nicer places in terms of personal customer service and value for the dollar on our area. If I ever do have a custom piece made I wouldn't think of paying anyone else as I've day dreamed over their custom jewelry many times already. more
