\r Horrible company! DO NOT use ACME elevator. They are not helpful at all. If you happen to purchase a home with a stairlift already installed, they will not help you or even sell you a battery when yours runs out. They are rude on the phone and completely not helpful to the senior citizen population. They will however sell you an entire new stair lift for thousands of dollars so you can then get the battery you need.\r more

I own a townhouse on Nob Hill in San Francisco that has a circa 2001 model Concord elevator. The elevator serves five stops (my home and my upstairs neighbor). The elevator is used daily and it requires maintenance a couple of times a year. Judy Tyberg at Acme Home Elevator is always a pleasure to talk with because she knows her business. Her technicians Ryan and Craig know their business, too. They are top notch, straight forward, and honest. Also, they are hard working and they don't give up when my elevator throws them a challenge. When they arrive they get right to work and focus on the job. They've been helping me out for years now and I wouldn't trust my elevator to anyone else. Thank you Acme! You guys are great.
