Will definitely not recommend. My car has had more problems than ever since I brought it to their shop to get a belt replaced. Do not take your car to them unless you want it to have more issues than it does already. more

I had a 2005 Mitsibishi Galant that had some very minor repair work needed on the driver side door. They used the wrong part for repair work and their finished product didn't match the rest of the car. I pointed it out to them that it was noticeably different and not satisfactory work and asked them to redo it so that it matches or refund my money so I can get someone else to do it and they refused to do either. The owner of the shop told me that they are not responsible for making sure their work meets expectations and that its my fault I don't understand why they don't have to satisfactory work instead of their fault for doing the unsatisfactory work. When trying to get them to refund my money for the poor work and incorrect part, the owner and another staff member made threats against me in order to get me to leave without getting a refund. I brought my 2005 Mitisibish Galant in for some minor body work. The owner of Acheson personally worked on my car and did substandard work. He used the wrong part for the repair, the end result was noticeably different than the rest of the car and worse than it should have looked. I asked him about using the wrong part and asked him to either get the correct part and fix the shotty work or refund my money so I can have a different company do the repair work. He refused to take ownership of the poor work and blamed me for not understanding why the finished repair work shouldn't match the part of the vehicle that wasn't damaged. They ripped me off and then refused to be liable for crappy work. When discussing how they were legally responsible for either completing the job or refunding my money, they made threats of calling the police and lying to them to tell them I had made threats against them as a pathetic attempt to get me to leave without refunding my money for terrible work. It was the most unprofessional and unethical business transaction I've ever been a part of. Don't take your vehicle to Acheson unless you want to deal with scam artists. more

I had a 2006 Pontiac G6 with severe damage to the rearend from a collision. Acheson quoted me at $8500 and told me three to five business days. Three weeks later I was called and told my vehicle was completed. Upon inspection, I noticed that the read deck lid and bumper were slightly askew. I took the vehicle to a different body shop and they informed me that the frame had been twisted in the accident and since the vehicle had a unibody frame, it should have been totalled. I called Acheson to inform them of this and they simply hung up on me and refused to return my further calls. I will NEVER do business with them again. They put their wallets in front of my future safety and financial concerns. more
