Aces Towing

I recently locked my keys in my car. I called roadside assistance and was on hold for approximately 8 minutes. Then I was told it would be another 30 minutes before somebody would be there to help me. I then called Mike, ACES Towing. He answered my call promptly and said he would be there to help within 10 minutes. Not only was he there on time, but he was friendly, polite, and was able to get my keys out! I now have ACES Towing on speed dial for future reference! more

I called a couple of towing companies around the Porterville area but none of them could of assist me for many reasons but when i contacted Mike, ACE Towing Co. the situation changed. ACE towing was able to recieve my call in a quick and respectful manner and I was able to set an appointment with them with no problem and questions. I was getting off work @ 2pm runnning a little late when he was there at my house waiting for me to get my car towed. I didn't have to wait on them and that showed me that Mike has a heart and full dedication to his job and on top of that I found out that he also served his country. In the process of writing a check to him, He was already winding the winch to put my car on the trucks bed. He gave me a lift to where my car was being towed and on the way to the shop we had an intersting conversation and that showed me his communication skills. On top of that he provided some parts for my car that he didn't need to fix my car. It was a great blessing to have called ACES Towing in the time of need. I rated this company the best in Porterville because of the quick, efficient, respectful, and full dedication to their service in a friendly manner!
