We were finally back from vacation and as we were opening our garage door it suddenly closed on us. I didn't want to break anything so I decided to walk inside the house and come into the garage using the door that connects the garage to our home. While inspecting it I noticed one of the cables had snapped. It wasn't what i expected to come home to. i quickly looked up a few garage door companies. I can honestly say I called about 12 different companies and scheduled a few free estimate including this company. i first few wanted to sell me a new garage door motor. They quoted about 400 to 500 to replace the opener. When this company finally came along they inspected the door told me that I eventually would need a few opener but since I was trying not to spend much since I'd just come back from vacation the guy decided to try and fix the door as is. They ended up adjusting the track manually since it was bent, replacing the cables and spring and replaced one of the gears on the opener. Over all I have to say the total amount I had to pay wasn't even close to what I was charged by the other companies. The tech was polite, inspected everything and tried his best to get me the best possible deal. i would recommend them to anyone I know. Five stars all the way thanks ! more
