I needed to get my water damaged oak floors replaced in my kitchen. I called several flooring contractors and Ace Wood Flooring was the only one who picked up their phone. They actually follow their slogan " we answer the phone." I could not believe how quickly they were able to set the appointment and had my floors installed within the same week I called. I had several more questions and Troy personally answered them all immediately. The whole experience was wonderful. After completion, the house was spotless. I always had carpets on my floors because they were in such bad shape. My floors are the original hardwoods built 91 years ago. Due to allergies, I had to remove the carpets. There were places that the floor was so damaged, it was impossible to walk barefoot in the room as splinters were a big problem. Reluctantly, I decided to sand and refinished the floor. I called Ace Wood Flooring as they were recommended from several sources. The owner, Troy Hewes, came to my house that day and gave me an estimate. I was very pleased with his price and wanted to do it immediately. He was there with his crew 8:30a.m., right on schedule. My floor looked so stunning when they finished after the second coat, that I decided to do the other floors in my home. They are floors to die for!!!! I'll never buy another carpet! ! ! Several friends saw my floors and decided to get theirs done as well. Ace did a spectacular job and I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs!! ! more
