We took a cab from Buckley, WA to Sea-Tac Airport, and it was the worst cab ride I have ever experienced. The driver was in his 70's, and could not form a coherent sentence. My boyfriend caught him dozing off and he even had his eyes shut for a few seconds. When asked if he wanted to stop for some coffee, he mumbled something we could not understand and just kept driving. About 10 minutes later when he was changing lanes, while looking to his left he veered the car to the right, almost running into a curb. The only reason we didn't hit it is because once again my boyfriend had to bring it to the driver's attention. It was a terrible and scary experience and cost us $80. We have tried for 5 days to talk to someone in their office and we've gotten nowhere. I would definitely recommend NOT using this company. more

WARNING- our cab driver from Buckley to SeaTac Airport FELL ASLEEP AT THE WHEEL. This guy could not articulate any spoken words other than ""$80 dollars"" and appeared to be drunk/ or have severe brain damage. 4 near misses on the way to the airport, including a 50 mph near miss into a curb at an intersection. I had to back seat drive to save our life! Old guy with a beard driver ID# 9662 Car #18. Avoid this guy at all cost! After calling 3 times to complain, the manager is always ""very busy"" and cannot answer, and still has not returned my calls. more

I am so glad I found out about Ace Taxi service. I have had bad experiences with other local cab companies and happy I tried Ace. Great service, on time, reliable and have competitive rates.
