i cant believe all you cry baby's. ofcourse ace rent to own charges double, who else will give that item with no credit check? you pay double cause your a irresponsable person who has shitty credit and now your looking to get a quick item to pay off. well it is not that easy! ace rent to own is a company that is desighned to make money, not satisfie customers..i now own a 44 inch plasma, xbox360, and a blu ray player.. i have already paid off my tv and xbox before the 120 days you are allowed before instrest rates go up... i have had no problems with them so far.. i have found plenty of loop holes where they can take advantage of me but they can cause im well informed because im not and idiot who doesnt actually take the time to read contracts in full before i sighn my name on it.... yes ace rent to own will screw you in many ways if you let them... but i believe if your not a retard and stay on top of your contracts and what they entail, then ace rent to own might qork for you, if you dont mind paying double more

I was put down as a reference without the person asking for my permission. Now Ace is calling me to get payment for something that I never agreed too. This business reminds me of the loan shark industry. They charge huge rates and they are very AGGRESSIVE to get payment. I called the police and they said this is lawful. all ace rent to own does is rip people off. They harasse you like crazy, even if its not your account. I just recently got called a liar by one the guys in the bellevue location. your paying double there then what you would pay at walmart or target. When i had an account with them, it was good an dandy for the first week, then they started asking for extra money and hanging up on me when I would ask for the trans id when i made a payment over the phone. And i was late twice and i had their stuff for a year. From experiance, don't got through this company. They really need to just be shut down! THIS STORE IS LOOKING FOR GULIABLE POEPLE, CURRENTLY TODAY 9-20-08 I CALLED TO SEE WHAT MY STORE CREDIT IS, SUPOSSED TO BE $811.00 BUT SCINSE I DID NOT USE OR SPEND TO GET A NEW ACCOUNT ON SOMEOTHER PURCHASES FROM THIS STORE THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY MONEY, I RELIZE IT IS STORE CREDIT, I THINK IS NOT RIGHT IN THE FIRST PLACE, I PAID ALL MY BILLS ON TIME THEY CAME TO MY DOOR AND HARRASED ME SAYING MY CHECK DID NOT CLEAR AND THAT I NEEDED TO PAY IN CASH, THAT WAS UNJUSTIFIED , I CHECKED ONLINE ONCE I PAID THEM CASH, THEY SAID THE OFFICE WILL SEND YOU AN INVIOCE AND I THOUGHT THAT WAS ODD CONSIDERING I KNEW WHEN THE PAYMENTS WERE DUE, I DID CHECK MY BANK ACCOUNT AND THEY DID CLEAR MY CHECK, SO WHY DID THEY COME TO MY DOOR AND LIE TO ME? THEY ALSO DID THIS MORE THAN ONCE. SO I HAD THEM COME AND TAKE MY TV AND I GOT STORE CREDIT, I WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM, I THINK THEY ARE PEOPLE OUT TO MAKE A QUICK BUCK. Stay away from this company! They will call you the day your rent is due. As soon as they open if you don't get inside first thing. They'll call you and you'll have the call waiting for you when you get home. If you're a day late they'll get angry with you. And if they screwed up and have your payment times different then your payday times they'll tell you that you better borrow some money to pay them. Currently I'm looking in to suing them for harassment. Pros: You can get what you want without waiting to save up money. Cons: You're better off saving up the money. more
