Over the past few years after a rain fall my floor would get wet. I was given a few solutions from different companies. I decided to go with Ace Plumbing and they installed a new drain system in the basement. After the work was done the plumbing problem has left. I will refer this company to family and friends! more

I had a leak coming through my main floor ceiling. I couldn't tell where the water was coming from so I knew that I had to call a plumber. I searched on the internet and found Ace Plumbing. They came within the hour, diagnosed the problem and fixed it without leaving a mess behind. I am glad to know that I have a plumbing company that I can continue to rely on for years to come. Thumbs up! more

very diligent and very good 8/9/2011

ACE fixed damages caused by other plumbers. Yes they are more expensive, but after suffering sewage damage from the others I can say, it really pays to use a good reputable licensed plumber. We worked with Spencer who was very diligent and very good about explaining everything to us when we were in a really bad state. And he came out on a Sunday without a lot of notice. more

I was very pleased with their service. The office personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. The plumber was professional and did a very good job fixing my leaking tub faucet.The price was right and they have an excellent BBB rating. I will definitely use them in the future. more

Worth the price 12/19/2010

ACE Plumbing recently came out to my place to fix some various sink problems I was experiencing. They started out very professionally (very responsive and with an initial estimate before beginning the work). They generally did a good job on my sink, but my big stink is that they raised my final price $125 before even consulting with me (while I was in the room?!??!). It was worth though. more

Jonathan, (ACE Plumbing and Rooter) was a saving grace. We are out of state and had a serious plumbing problem with our property in San Francisco. I found Jonathan via the internet yellow pages and really got lucky. Not only was he out there and fixed the problem the same day but it was within hours. Jonathan went the extra mile and assisted us with another unrelated issue by referring us and assisting with the completion of that problem too. As absentee owners, we had to rely on someone to have access to our property and their honesty. Jonathan fulfilled all of those requirements with 200% satisfaction. I can't recommend him highly enough to assist with your needs. more

I can definitely say that ACE Plumbing has well trained plumbers. I've asked this company for assistance a couple of times, and each time they send me a different plumber. Each and every plumber I've encountered were such professionals. I recommend this company to everyone. more

Overall, I think they got a tough job landed on their plate this time but they didn't loose their patience, did the right thing and didn't charge us any extra. They probably spent 3-4 hours on this not including making multiple trips. Now that is one professional plumber whom you can trust to do the right thing. more

Jaime, the service tech, arrived 1/2 hr earlier than expected. He was attentive, knowledgeable and quick to unclog our kitchen sink. The entire service was reasonable at $88. more

Truely Professional: I have used the Santhoff's for years. I am confident no matter what my plumbing issue is-they will give me the best option to get my problems fixed without ripping me off. The are all SO polite. From the minute Denise answers the phone till one of the guys gets here, I am always treated like I am the only customer they have and that they truely value my business! I really appreciate how they go above and beyond my expectations to make me a satisfied customer. more
