good savings 8/24/2011

I had a plumbing problem with my pipes before but I had no luck with other companies. I tried Ace Plumbing and they installed plastic pipes in the basement instead of clay, now my drain is working fine. Good job and good savings, big thanks to ACE! more

called a pro plumber 8/21/2011

For days, my kitchen sink pipe was leaking. My husband tried to fix the problem but only made it worse. I got so fed up that I called a pro plumber and fix the problem. I called my neighbor and suggested Ace plumbing. The plumber who came was so polite and knowledgeable. He was very detailed and patient in explaining the work that needed to be done. He did an amazing job at fixing the problem! more

Quick response, and they came out to provide a free estimate the same day. They wore booties in the house which was nice of them. And they thoroughly explained what they needed to do and how much each step of the job would cost. more

would call them again 8/6/2011

Joe came out to fix my faucet and recommended that I replace it instead of repair. He gave me options on the types of faucets I can have installed. He even went to buy the one I wanted. It did take a day or so to get the one I wanted but I was happy when it was installed. I would call them again. more

Truely Professional: I have used the Santhoff's for years. I am confident no matter what my plumbing issue is-they will give me the best option to get my problems fixed without ripping me off. The are all SO polite. From the minute Denise answers the phone till one of the guys gets here, I am always treated like I am the only customer they have and that they truely value my business! I really appreciate how they go above and beyond my expectations to make me a satisfied customer. more

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 12/16/2010

A clogged toilet is never convenient. I called another company but they didn't show up. I ended up calling ACE and they at my place within 90 minutes and fixed the problem. The service was fast and the guy fixed the problem in no time. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! more

I can definitely say that ACE Plumbing has well trained plumbers. I've asked this company for assistance a couple of times, and each time they send me a different plumber. Each and every plumber I've encountered were such professionals. I recommend this company to everyone. more

I was very pleased with ACE 12/12/2010

I found ACE via citysearch. Their visit was easy to arrange; their receptionist was polite and helpful. "Ronnie" showed up at the start of the 1 hour range I was provided. He was courteous, explained what he was doing, fixed our issue quickly & didn't charge an arm & a leg (although I don't know whether $125 / hr is standard for plumbers or not). I was very pleased with ACE and will not hesitate to use them again. more

Friendly and Efficient workers 12/9/2010

I was running a little late on the morning of the scheduled work, and I received a call from Ron who requested permission to go ahead and begin the work. By the time I had arrived, Ron and Jeff had already finished installing the PRV, and a new shut-off valve was part of the assembly. Donna, Ron, and Jeff were all friendly and efficient. more

This is a company that truly cares about their customers. They give clean, quality and economical work and consideration. To deal with Trio was a good memorable experience. If we ever need anything done again, we are definately going to call them again! more

honest plumber 12/3/2010

It's so difficult these days to find a trusted plumber, but the plumber who came to our house from Ace Plumbing was a good guy. Whenever we contact Act Plumbing, this guy is always the plumber who comes to our home. I remember his face but I'll ask his name when he comes back.He's good at doing his job and he doesn't ask for extra payment. more
