Gary Robinson of Ace Plumbing hired my company to do work for him and paid us with a bounced check, insufficient funds. When contacted about the bounced check he gave all sorts of excuses as to why he should not have to pay the full amount. What a screw, he deserves a zero. Low life on the totem pole more

This plumber cost me thousands in repairs when he misdiagnosed a faulty shower pan with a leaky water control valve behind the wall. He never performed any reasonable test to ensure the pan was actually failing, such as filling the pan full of water after a having the house water off for several hours. Simple right and I am not even a plummer. He was quick to give my prices for an expensive removal operation followed by hot mopping, who does hot mopping these days?? He also in repairing my mainline into the house, broke my irrigation pipe, did not tell me about it and my landscape is now browning because I did not know about it. You would think he would have the common courtesy to let me know that my irrigation system has been damaged! This man is completely irresponsible and a menace to your home and business. You have been warned, proceed to work with him at your own risk. And yes a small claims suit is in the works for damages more

If I could give a 0 I would give this company owned by Gary Robinson ZERO. Two times of dealing with him he is RUDE.. Not reliable, Not efficient and make you wait all day 2 times then calls at end of the day with another reason why he can't make it. Could be he does not like toilet work BUT DON"T USE THIS PLUMMER to many good ones out there. Pros: Has a truck Cons: Forgets very easy / no memory more
