Ace Flooring

I want a particular color, Sandra sent for different samples. Installers clean cut. I was lacking a piece of baseboard, Robert had it in his truck, fixed it right away. Carpet and tile beautiful. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend Ace Flooring highly and would definitely use again. more

Ace Flooring carpeted our church. This was a large project with some tight deadlines in order to ensure that worhip services went uninterrupted. This project was large enough that it was take two weeks to complete. The building was old and once the old carpet was removed it was discovered that the floors needed work. Additionally, our building configuration has alot of angles and curves which required experienced installers. Ace Flooring met and exceeded all expectations. They proved to be excellent problem solvers, always showed up on time, kept me constantly updated, were flexible as contingencies presented themselves, and they worked collaboratively with me to establish daily plans and goals. The installers were expert craftsmen and demonstrated superb customer service skills. I recently used Ace Flooring to install new flooring in a portion of my home. It's a vinyl floor, but looks exactly like wood, and the installation was absolutely super. My room was slightly larger than the available product size, and the installer did a perfect job matching the seams--you can't even see them! If I were in school giving grades, they would get an A+. Throughout the process, my contact at Ace was Sandra, and she was someone I felt that I could trust by the things she told me. She was in constant contact with me to answer my questions. In the beginning, I was considering a product called Congoleum, but after shopping around a bit I encountered Tarkett, which I liked much better. Even through Ace did't carry Tarkett as one of their regular products, Sandra was able to get it for me. That she went to that bother for me meant a lot. When I first decided to have my floor redone, I checked out four or five places. I received one bid that was slightly lower than Ace's, but I felt that the installation wouldn't have been nearly as good. And Ace provide a good value. Even some wholesale places I checked out didn't compare to their prices. I want to give Ace the highest recommendation. Definitely call them, you won't be disappointed. more

We have used Ace Flooring before a number of times, and we like them and know them pretty well. They've installed tile throughout our house, laid carpet in two different rooms and have helped to pick out colors. Sandy is great! They treat their customers very nicely when you first go into the store. They are always accommodating and we have enjoyed our time with them. We have built a trusting relationship with them. I had used Ace Flooring to do my floors a few years ago. I really liked how they were so nice and helpful so I used them again just recently. This was the first time I had worked with Sandra. She came to my home and measured and we discussed plans. I wanted a design, and she showed me what she could do. It was amazing! She's really great. They are always available, by phone or even if I just stopped into the store. I was so pleased by what they had available to show me in the store and they were always so helpful gave great suggestions, ideas and recommendations. Plus, the installers are very polite and professional. I've recommended them to my friends. One of my friends said the company she hired didn't even move the furniture to do the work! Ace does, at no extra charge. I think that sometimes other stores sound great in theory, but then they end up disappointing their customers! Ace Flooring definitely will not! more

It seems to be a good carpet and a good underlay. The guy I dealt with was professional; he measured the floor. They showed up when they said. We decided to get wood flooring, and we went to another major company first. Their price was a little high, but they have a good reputation. I found it strange, but they wouldn't give a real estimate on the flooring. They said they had to see the floor underneath, but I didn't understand how I was supposed to commit to a job when I had no idea of the price for installation. We decided to shop around and went to Ace Flooring. They gave me an estimate for the installation, and told me that if there were issues with the floor underneath that the price would only go up about $100. Also, their price overall was better by a third from the previous store's price. Sandy gave the estimate and came to do the measuring. She told us it was going to be an involved job, which the other company had said as well, so she was going to have her husband be the installer. He has a lot of experience, so he did our flooring. We have a sunken living room with a couple of steps, and the steps were a challenge. This installer made the steps look like the showpiece of our living room. When you look at the flooring the steps stand out. The way he put the molding and did the steps is outstanding. Before you might have seen it as just a step, but not the way he did it. Everything turned out better than we thought. Ace Flooring is a small company. I was hesitant at first to use them because they are small, but I am really happy I went with them. They did a great job. more

I actually had another really good bid prior to meeting with Ace Flooring, but we talked to Ace and they beat it. So, I had the contractor come out and put in the carpet, and their customer service was great. Everyone was very knowledgeable and they helped me out a lot. They let me take samples home to compare, which was a great idea because the samples looked completely different in the house than in the store. We scheduled the install two weeks out, they were finished with everything by the time I got home. I have since refereed 2 people to Ace Flooring. I highly recommend them. Craig Stout more
