I contacted Pickett Plumbing the morning of the 10th and reached Selena. As always, she was very pleasant and always professional. I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. the same day. Phillip arrived prior to 11 and got to work! He is always kind, respectful, focused and professional. He has gained my trust. I have and plan to always recommend Pickett Plumbing to others. Great Job!! more

Excellent Service and workmanship 9/16/2019

Blake was very patient, knowledgeable and a perfect example of customer service. He came in accessed the leak issue we had in our master bath, gave us the options on repairs and in a few hours the leak was repaired. Both Blake and Brandon did an excellent job. I will definitely use Pickett Plumbing again and would recommend to everyone. Thank you! more

On each occasion Blake has answered a service call, he arrives promptly and we know that regardless the plumbing issue it will be repaired to the highest quality standard possible. Great job Bud 12/11/2018

Bud went above and beyond to help us with a gas issue. He made recommendations and told us ways to fix the problem that would save us money. He checked around our house to make sure he addressed any issues. He and his assistant put customer service and safety above making a sale. We were impressed by his integrity and will continue to use and recommend Pickett plumbing and Bud. Thank you. more

I had an overflowing toilet on this very cold and icy day. The plumbers came right out and fixed all of my issues with a kindness that made my day! Bud and his assistant were fabulous! more

Toilet drain pipes 7/27/2017

Blake H. cleaned out the drain pipe for two toilets. I learned from him "Do not put wet wipes into your toilet." Label says flushable. Yes they are flushable but they do not dissolve!! They get snagged on all your damaged and rotting cast iron pipes and cause a severe clog. Toss them in your waste can & not your toilet. Smart boy, that Blake. more

Shower Repair 6/12/2017

Mark was friendly and informative, explaining everything he was going to do. He performed the work quickly and efficiently and cleaned up the worksite when he finished. He went to the extra trouble of labeling the wall opening pieces so that I could re-install them properly and easily. He was willing to examine another problem to see if he could help and was honest when he had to say that he didn't know the answer to my question. All-in-all he provided professional competence with excellent customer service. more

I met Greg C. for the first time 5/16/17. What an incredible person! I was having my annual plumbing check, and even though unexpected issues were found that needed to be address immediately and in the future, he made the news less painful! Greg was extremely thorough, very customer focused and explained his findings and my concerns in a manner in which I understood. I have been using Pickett Plumbing for years, and have recommended them to others. Great job Greg! more

Great Service 1/13/2017

During the annual VIP inspection of the plumbing systems, toilets, disposal, etc. in our house Bud discovered several problems. He gave me and my husband a detailed/easily understood explanation of what needed to be done. After we agreed to proceed he had to return the following day to complete the work, which was done in a very workmanlike manner. As a member of the VIP club I welcome the annual inspection, which usually uncovers some problems, but it is great to get them corrected before we have a BIG problem. I always have a good experience with Pickett Plumbing. more
