Wood Stove Chimney Sweep 12/26/2015

Was easy getting a Saturday appointment when I couldn't get it with other companies. The office called to confirm the appointment the day before and to let me know who to expect. Dan C. did a great job covering the area to be cleaned to eliminate any mess and then gave me some tips afterwards about the best way to operate my wood stove. I think the service was a bit costly for a simple chimney sweep but I did get a Saturday appointment for which I'd expect to pay a premium. Would definitely recommend. more

A1 Gas Fireplace Cleaning and Service 12/5/2014

The service technician, Frank, was very professional with a high standard of workmanship and customer service. He was on time and had taken his time to explain any questions that I may of had. I was impressed from the start when he covered my floor and fireplace with clean drop cloths before starting the work. I must say that this was truly A1 service from an A1 person. I am sure that his work ethic is an example of the companies business model. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 11/20/2013

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Ace Chimney Sweep over-charges for their services. The "technician" swept 2 chimneys and removed an old gas line. He was at my residence under 4 hours and charged $821.00. At $205 per hour, this company should be avoided to say the least. Only after questioning the charges with the management, they admitted that the technician had entered his time "incorrectly". They still insisted that after making the "mistake" that the price should only be reduced by $200. I'M REFUSING TO BE TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BY THIS COMPANY. SO SHOULD YOU. more

Ace Chimney Sweeps 7/18/2013

Frank here bright and early. Very courteous and friendly. Respectful of my property using drop clothes as he meticulously worked on my gas fireplace. After cleaning the two chimney flues, he came in and sat down to discuss and explain the work completed. Also made a recommendation to look into adhesive sealant as the caulk is just beginning to crack. Very satisfied with the work done in and out especially on such a HOT day. Thanks Frank!! more
