They gave me the wrong transmission that turned out to be full of metal shavings, then a week after returning the original tried to give me a different wrong transmission, and finally could never locate the correct transmission. They then refused to give a full refund and wanted to give me half store credit, half cash refund on a 30-Day warranty--but this doesn't really sound like a warranty issue to me since it was the wrong part, the defectiveness of it being secondary.\r

They also never return phone calls, ever. Wayne, who I think is the owner, is a pleasant enough fellow on the phone and in person and was probably trying to find the part, but these just aren't good business practices. If you are okay with all that and want to enjoy a lot of pleasant conversations and games of phone tag, go for it, or maybe try Glen and Jerry's instead.
