Do not get ripped off by this company and learn the hard lesson like I have. Droped off my 62 in DLP television on 17 Apr, 2009, Picked up unrepaired television on 15 Dec, 2009. As a matter of fact the television is in worst condition now than it was when I dropped it off 8 monthes ago. The television had a slightly distorted picture and a couple of red spots on the screen. The television now will not power up at all. Numerous reasons given for the delays in the repair include: Technician was unable to troubleshoot properly due to not have the correct software and tools from Panasonic. Unable to obtain repair parts. The customer service and communications were horrible. I was able to solve that issues by calling the Better Business Bureu. After the call from the BBB to the company the original repair quote of just over $500 jumped to nearly $3000 (the television cost around $2000 brand new). Once I informed them that I would not pay for the $3000 repair I was called nearly daily to come and get my television.
Cons: Poor Service and Customer Service
