Accurate Mobile Home & Rv Svc

They just replaced my roof on my mobile home with new shingles and vents. My sky light was even leaking and they fixed that leak too. Would recommend them to others. Once my leaky roof was fixed I had them come in and fix the water damage caused by the sky light. I figured if they were redoing the ceiling I could have them remodel my bathroom at the same time. It looks awesome. I looked around and couldnt find anyone close to them in price and quality. I asked around and got nothing but good comments. When they finished I was so happy with the work. I had family coming over for the holidays and got a lot of compliments. Thanks Accurate. more

I am the person who wrote the negitive review on this company,I am in the process of trying to delete my negitive review but I am running into small complications. I would like to say that the owner of the company,who also does all the work came to my house to see if he could resolve the issue of the negitive review. After some talking he and I both appologized for the incedients that led up to me writing a negitive review. We were both at fault and we admited it. I must say that it takes alot of guts and integrity to come to my house and appologize for what took place, and for that I have respect for this guy. Pros: integrity more

In regards to the previous review of Accurate Mobile Home Service, I would like to take the time to properly inform the general public of what really had taken place. The gentlemen that left the review was extremely impolite to all of my employees from the very beginning, but we are a professional service and handled it as professionals. In the very beginning we informed this customer that he was in bad need of a new roof. He informed us that he could not afford such a thing and wanted us to ""do what we could."" He was informed of this being a temporary fix and that it would most likely not last the season. Over the period of time between contacts from this customer we had a severe weather period including much ice damning of homes. Proper maintenance including removing snow and ice off roofs was needed. This customer failed to perform any proper maintenance resulting in his home leaking. We went out to the property to double check our repair and found nothing wrong with it but the resulting leak was because of the ice damning on his house. When we informed him of this, he became immediate irate, including swearing at my secretary, and wanted us to fix his problems for free. He also mentioned in this review that we claimed to have used a product warranted for 50 years. There are no such products like that on the market and our technicians would have never had told him that. The longest lasting products which we use are only 5 years with proper maintenance of your homes. He failed to take an active part in keeping up his home. Accurate has been in business over 20 years providing Michigan was outstanding service and customer care. This guy is a joke,Accurate came out to seal around our vents in June of 08,and as of yesterdaymy range vent was pouring in water. I called to see if he would come out and re seal it or at least check out the problem. I thought the warrinty would at least still be good,but he said ""because of the winter he can not honor the warranty"". This guy said this stuff he applied would last 50 yrs but it has not.When I asked him why would my vent be leaking if the sealant is so good he told me my response was juvinile and hung up on me. Dont use this guy he is a snake oil peddler. I called him back and he gave me excuse after excuse about he my vent could be leaking, I told him I just wanted him to come out and fix it or give me my money back. After going around with him about wanting the problem fixed he told me he was going to do nothing for me and told me to f-off and hung up on me with put ever resolving the problem. Cons: will hang up on you if he does not like what you are saying or if he does not agree with you more
