Not customer friendly 8/25/2009

Took my car in and had some work done it was cheap and fast. But when I got the car back things were broken that were working before I took it in. Ron was very rude to me over the phone and dismissed it being his/the shops fault by saying ""as cars get older things happen"" He dismissed the possibility that they could do any wrong. I got the feeling that I should just be happy that I had a man work on my car and take his word for any problems. Oh and let him fix the problems they caused... at a price. Not women friendly... very full of himself. Pros: Fast Cons: More broken stuff after you get it back more

I've probally gone to them 4 times in the past two months good services at a fair price. Very helpful, willing to compensate you for expensive jobs with free oil changes ect. my only complaints would have to be sometimes the services take too long. Took a week to fix my a/c no one really called with updates on the status but im sure if I voiced that i needed it sooner they would of made it happen. Also one thing I took it in for they really couldnt figure out what was wrong with it...they kinda of rigged it to work but still not totally fixed however they were fair and didnt really charge me much. more
