Accurate Dental Denture Center

I'm disgusted with the care or rather lack of care I was given! Went in for an extraction and waited over an hour before I was called back. Then Dr. Deluca broke the top of my tooth off & couldn't get the roots so he sent me home! No apology, no follow up, not even some gauze! He had his staff call the oral surgeon, who cant see me for 3 months! WTH?! I cant eat, or drink or brush or talk without constent pain! I'm seeing a real dentist tomorrow because no one should be expected to walk around with exposed roots for months! I feel like I went to some crazy, back alley, un licensed, illegal dentist for service! Would NEVER recommend this to anyone!! The only reason I gave one star was his wonderful staff, they were fast, helpful & considerate. The receptionist even snapped at the dr. About his treatment of me & promised to find me an oral surgeon asap! Dont waste your time(money, health, sanity, etc...) Go anywhere else! more

I called to schedule an apt that was fine. The staff answers phones and are like we are eating call back after our lunch hour....Why answer? This was while trying to reschedule. I left a voicemail that was never returned. After that I called rescheduled by this time it was an entire month longer to wait. I than called to confirm my apt because by now I have forgotten the time. Sue says we are not open call back at 10am! AGAIN WHY ANSWER??!!! I say you are thee most unprofessional office I have EVER called. She had the nerve to phone me back yelling and acting insane!! Telling me I have no choice but to come there?? Well the last I checked I lived in America and yes I did go elsewhere they accepted my cash happily! more

I would NEVER EVER recommend this dentist to anyone. Sure they get you in quickly, but never follow up when care is necessary. What a terrible experience. Pros: Same day appointment Cons: Horrible experience more
