Highly Recommended!\r These guys were honest and reliable compared to another company that I hired to repair my television only a couple months before it broke again.. That company charged me 3 Times what Accurate charged and took my TV and had it for 3 weeks!! Please try these guys first! more

I would hate to see anyone go through what we just did using this company. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS company to fix your tv. Pros - THERE ARE NONE Cons- - Horrible communication & customer service. Collin (TV tech) was late multiple times. He did not seem to take into consideration other people's time or plans. - TV was supposedly fixed & 2 days later - tv was no longer working. We called to have him come out to honor his 1 year warranty - NO CALL NO SHOW. Now we are left without a working tv & a checked cashed by Collin. I URGE TO PLEASE use someone else. This company obviously has no consideration or care for providing the kind service they claim on their website. more

had an appointment for a service call- a 2 hour window- no one showed up or called, then no one would answer the phone. Lame excuse of vehicle problems. Rescheduled for the next day. again, 2 hour window no call no show. No one will answer the phone or return messages. REALLY POOR WAY TO DO BUSINESS more

Horrible!!! 10/15/2010

This company is very unreliable and unethical. We scheduled an appointment and they said they would be there between 2-4 and i drove 45 minutes from work to home and waited 3 hours and no one showed up and they didn't even give a courtesy call. The following day when I called back they told us they would make it for sure between 3-7pm and once again they NEVER showed up! This is a horrible company I would suggest any company over them. If you go with another company it will save you money and lots of time. This pathetic company is a joke! more

Excellent Service! 10/20/2009

They came out the same day I called, quickly diagnosed the problem with my TV (for FREE), and even had parts on their truck! They gave me a senior discount and $30 bucks off! The TV works great - Highly recommended! Pros: Prompt, courteous and fast! more

not trustworthy 6/27/2009

he worked on our tv 3 times and still has not fixed it and now he will not even call us back. HE DID HOW EVER KEEP THE 250.00$ Pros: no call backs Cons: cant fix a tv like they say more
