41 days later, car still in the shop. TERRIBLE SERVICE 11/22/2010

I had some front end damage done to my car in mid October(other driver's fault). 41 days later and my car is still in the shop. I've been over there twice being told that my car was ready for pick up. First time - hood wouldn't stay open, no AC, and vibrations at 65 mph. Second time - car JERKS, not vears, but JERKS left. If you are a car lover and want your car to be in the same condition it was in before the accident, STAY AWAY! more

Thanks again for your excellent workmanship-as always-in the repair of our Toyota Forerunner. Brent and Crystal were very friendly-yet professional-in the manner in which they handled everything. Again, I wish to thank you for your wonderful customer service. Although we will never understand what the coating was on my car or how it got there, the one thing I do know is that I could not have received better service or cooperation while correcting the problem.
