Don't use this place. I've been waiting 3 days for them to show up. Here I am today, waiting for the tech to be here between 8 - 12 and it's 1:30... the office says he's on his way and should be here in 30 minutes. Read reviews on YELP - I wish I would have checked there first!!!! more

It's 100 degrees and our air conditioning unit stopped working. I had Orangutang recommended to me by Home Depot. They came out and the repair man said I needed a new unit!!! Our current unit is only 9 years old so I was a little surprised by this. They told me a replacement would cost me between 5,500.00-7,000.00$$$$!!!!! Yikes!!!! A different repair man from accredited recommended that I call their Air conditioning repair man (Bryce) for a second quote. Thank goodness I did. He fixed it in 5 min!!!!!!!!!! A thermostat wire came loose. I am so glad that there are a few honest people left in the world!!!! Please call Accredited and ask for Bryce their repair man. He is WONDERFUL!! and HONEST and Knowledgable!!! Also, Mike is great for fixing all other appliances in your house!!! more
