Zach was very courteous and accommodating throughout the whole process. He kept me informed about the project as to when to expect certain tradesmen, inspectors, or installations. He demonstrated outstanding expertise as to how to preform the details of the various phases of the job. He was cordial with all the subcontractors and inspectors. He also wa very knowledgable about the project and offered advice when he thought I would need to know something in the future. more

Installation was quick, efficient and professional Stair lift works great. It's a lifesaver. Don't even think about moving out of the home you love just because those dreaded stairs are a problem. My only regret is that I waited so long to have it installed. My message: if you are even just thinking about a stair lift, then it is obvious that you need one so do not procrastinate like I did.
