I ordered the ""Simply Lovely"" bouquet from Proflowers and used the premium option. Proflowers used Accent Florist to fill the order.
What my mom should have received was a LARGE classy bouquet with sprays of pink roses and white mini carnations with some white filler and greenery in a reflective vase.
What she got. Cheap and sparse purple and white bouquet. No clue what the two types of flowers I saw were in it. 3 long stem roses of different colors and stages of bloom or type. Way too much baby's breath like it was a major player. Cheap freebie glass vase that goes w/ all orders and gobs of tacky pink ribbon.
Plus they did not put my name on the card, nor did they use a Mother's day card as indicated. Charged for holiday surcharge and then delivered at the end of the day MONDAY a day AFTER Mother's Day.
Proflowers resending order w/ new florist, thank goodness. May 14, 2010 by Mrs. S
I wish I could add the picture of the arrangement, that would really complete this review.
Pros: None I can think of.
Cons: Switches Flowers & Vases! Dishonest w/ those not in store.
