I had a technician come out and check my washer. The technician was very nice and said that my washer needed a transmission. I thought it was going to cost me an arm and a leg, fortunately for me, the office people checked the warranty information on my washer and found that the transmission was still under warranty. That really saved me lots of money. I had another company come out and they wanted me to pay for the WHOLE repair myself- but thankfully a friend told me to call Accent. Now I recommend Accent Appliance as well. more

Very Satisfied with this company! 1/25/2011

Called Accent to come work on my refrigerator- when making the appointment, the office personnel took my info and scheduled my appointment quickly. They called me the day before to remind me of the appointment and gave me a 2hr timeframe- much better than the cable people!! The technician came during his scheduled time and was a nice young man. They were able to get the part in promptly and get my refrigerator up and working properly again in just a few days. This was my first time using them (I've had other companies before and thought I would just try Accent as they could get me scheduled faster) and I will use them for all my appliance needs from now on. I would highly recommend this company. more
