clutch installation 5/28/2014

I had accelerators in stall my new clutch system on my Toyota Tacoma, Now granted I brought them the clutch kit from SOUTH BEND CLUTCH and it would have been the exact same one they would have gotten for me I feel as tho they could have done a lot better job on it.... I got my truck back and it was making a noise it wasn't doing when I dropped it off.... the clutch peddle went straight to the floor.... I get it home only to find out that they used the wrong fluid in my hydrolic clutch system so I had to bleed it out my self to make it work.... I went back to ask about the noise and I was told to bad not our problem but they will be glad to soak me for an additional $450.00 and they will see what they can do to fix it.... Well I hired them to do something I didn't have time to ... I wound up having to pull the transmission my self to fix it anyway only to find out that they installed my throw out bearing BAKWARDS....no wounder it was making noise.... so if you nee work done THINK TWICE ABOUT IT... AND WATCH YOUR BANK BOOK.... they will bleed it dry more

First Dissapointment 1/7/2014

Service was not complete and took too long. Oil was overfilled again and was not corrected. Rear bearings were diagnosed bad but not replaced, the diagnosis for the bearings was charged. Other items were fixed but the truck sat there for two weeks, there should have been enough time for everything to be fixed properly. more
