I live in Colorado Springs and was visiting a friend for the weekend. I noticed my car was leaking radiator fluid on a Sunday. Wasn't sure if any place would be open on Monday because it was President's Day. But these guys were and were kind enough to let me bring my car in. They said they would work on it throughout the day since I didn't have an appointment, which I was grateful for. They even shuttled me back and forth to my friends house. All in all great customer service. However they told me I needed a new water pump so I said ok, replace it. After we got the car back, which was about 4:45 and they closed at 5, I noticed it was still leaking. I called and it was right at 5 so no one answered. I had no choice but to drive it back to the Springs because I had to be to work and this is the only vehicle I have. I took it to another place here in the Springs and they did a pressurized test to see where the leak was and come to find out there is a hole in the radiator. So why wouldn't Accelerated Auto Specialist to a pressurized check when they were done installing the water pump, knowing my complaint was coolant leakage? Shouldn't they have drove it around to make sure everything was working? And if they did that they clearly would have seen coolant still leaking. Not satisfied at all.
