We ate here twice and both times, we were not fully satisfied with the food AND customer service. The waiters seemed like they were out of focus a bit, not really looking at you when you are ordering, not paying attention to what you are saying for example, while I'm ordering, he's looking around at other people behind him or aside from him, and then he gets the order wrong. They seemed to rush you in ordering and a little wobbly and floppy with the plates and glasses. The food wasn't hot. As we were walking by, saw some servers/chefs snack from a plate licking their fingers which I thought to myself, ""was that someone's dinner?"" I'm hoping it wasn't but that just looked weird when we can see it. I DO like Acapulco restaurants, (esp. the one in Seal Beach), but wouldn't recommend this one on Adams if you want to have a pleasant eating experience. ALso, you know, when I spend money at a restaurant, I do like to be greeted. We don't get a ""hi"", they just say, ""this way"", which kind of kills the whole happy to be there mood.
Pros: Nice decoration
Cons: customer service, and luke warm food,
