David is terrific: pleasant, efficient, and honest. He fixed the mess I made trying to unscrew a stubborn tub spout, and charged a very fair price. Best of all, he didn't rub it in that I went about things like a dumb ass before I called for help. I will definitely be calling Acadian next time I am tempted to reach for a hacksaw. more

Great guys 3/12/2013

These guys are great. I had a shower plumbing emergency with water gushing out uncontrollably. I called Acadian because they're in the neighborhood. Dave was over in minutes, had the Kohler cartridge available, and had me all fixed in a half hour. more

Great job 3/3/2013

David showed up right at 10 AM. He was very polite, knowledgeable, as well as agreeable. Very easy to talk with and get done what we wanted. He was in and out of here in the time he estimated which included an unexpected rooter job. The price was reasonable considering we had all the pipes under the kitchen sink replaced. GREAT JOB as always. We've been with Acadian since we discovered them about two years ago. They never disappoint. more

Perfect service 2/5/2013

I had to call on Acadian for the first time on Friday for an emergency water leak. Beyond getting out there quickly and repairing the leak, what impressed me the most was how they communicated. They were great to work with, very responsive, and very clear on what the problem was, and the cost to fix it. I wasn't at home (my tenant was), so I was able to pay over the phone, and got an e-mail receipt, which was perfect. I would 100% use them again. more

Really great 2/1/2013

These guys are great. They show up when they say they will, they do excellent work, and they clean up the work area. They are professional and polite. I have had them out to fix problems with a broken water heater pipe (the day before Thanksgiving) and also to install a disposal. Both times, they gave me fair prices and took care of the problem. I will definitely call them in the future when I need a plumber. more

This is a very good company. They were great drain cleaners and did a great job at a decent rate. Very easy to communicate with and provided great advice. I hired them to work on our building and will use them in the future. more
