Your staff is very friendly, professional, and knowledgable and I know this will become a long term relationship. more

RE-APPLIED CROWN; REVIEWED EXTRACTION OPTIONS AND EXPENSES ON #2 12/29/2011

Glad Dr. Novelen and Carol were able to adjust the crown even to re-apply it. Carrie gave me the options on the insurance and out-of-pocket costs on the extraction, implant and final crown. Overall experience was good, as always more

It had been over two years since my last visit due to insurance, but now I am back. Came in for a teeth cleaning. Hygienist did a wonderful job. I have really tight teeth and it always is painful when someone else flosses my teeth. She listened and I had NO pain what so ever! We even laughed because the polisher tickles my gums so much that I giggle! My regular dentist was not in the office so the second doctor sat down with me and had a conversation about my jaw issue, not just told me what he thought I should do. He provided alternative treatments and tons of information! I LOVE EVERYONE at Acacia dental! more

The office staff and dentist were friendly, informative, and offered a warm caring environment in which they provided information and an opportunity to learn. This is a no pressure office, and I was encouraged to take my time in considering whether the treatment plan was right for me. more

Friendly and professional 11/2/2011

I have been going to Acacia Dental for about 2 years and I am very happy with their service. Everybody is very friendly, asking questions about my family and activities, even things I talked about 6 months ago. Even the doctors take some time to talk and get to know me when they come in at the end. More than that, I appreciate the way they do the check up and cleaning. They tell me everything they are doing and, best of all, WHY they are doing it. I have learned a lot about the cleaning procedure and why I should do certain things at home. more
