Over the past 13 years, I've rented augers, tile cutters, aerators, sod cutters, and cotton candy machines from ABZ. Yesterday I rented an aerator. In the process of aerating my lawn, the chain came off the machine forcing me to return it. I never asked for any apology or even my money back, but the accusatory tone of the people of ABZ in telling me I broke the machine misusing it was insulting. They made a wrong assumption about how I used it. I've seen professionals use an aerator, and I've used them many times, so I'm experienced in using one--what happened was simply an accident as the machine got bogged down on the chain side in a soft part of my lawn. I wish no one at ABZ the same treatment of them or their families as the insulting way I was treated yesterday. I will take my business elsewhere. more

ABZ Rentals is a wonderful business and I highly recommend them for any of your rental and party-goods needs. I loved the service and attentiveness I received when using them to help prepare for my wedding reception. Likewise, ABZ has consistently provided exceptional service to many of my church's activities and outings for the past several years. There is no way my HUGE Dinner party would have been a success without ABZ rentals. Not only did they have the chairs and tables I needed but they were so courteous in helping me figure out everything. I went to them immediately when the time came for graduations, bridal luncheons, etc.. They are professional and top notch all the way!!! more

Terrible Customer Service 9/12/2011

Don't rent here. I had problems with Chainsaw I rented. The manager (Rick) accused me of abusing it. I told him I was cutting a Birch, which is a hard wood tree and the chain was smoking. He would not believe me. Gave me a refund but REFUSED to rent me another chain saw. I went to Lowes to buy a chainsaw. The Poulan chainsaw worked great and there were no problems. Looks like ABZ gave me a chainsaw with a dull blade but blamed me for the chain being ruined. DONT GO THERE AGAIN more
