I used absolute zero for a couple service calls when my ac compressor stopped working. when the same issue happened on this 6 yr old unit after 5 pm Steve basically told me to deal with it until he too care of 3 other customers ahead of me the following day. Now I was not only a customer, but he fixed this issue 2 times before, and I had given him additional money as a tip in the past. His customer service sucks. He advertises no after hours Addison all charges apparently because he does not work after hours. I will never use him or recommend him to anyone ever. I cannot believe he would leave me and my family with no ac when he lives in my same area and he had "fixed" my ac unit in the recent past. I hope his business fails, as I would never treat my customer this way with such disregard and leave them in the heat more
