I was recommended to call this company regarding my leaking roof and I'm glad I did! They were really professional and gave me a really good price compare to other companies that I had come over to get an estimate. They work really fast witch was a plus. more

Guy came out, looked around, told me what the problem was and how to fix it myself, and didn't charge me a penny. He had every opportunity to rip me off and didn't. Gotta admire that. more

I'd dealt with extensive problems in the home I was renting where they'd tried to cover up the toxic mold. My kids and I had gotten extremely sick and hope was dismal at best. Cameron was thorough and professional. He immediately found the problems and identified that there was indeed mold throughout the home. His help was phenomenal. A true light at the end of the tunnel. After a week of unusually heavy rain in December, issues neglected by the previous owner of our house turned into major leak/water/mold issues. Cameron and his crew were able to come out the same day we noticed the problem to assess the situation. Cameron was able to survey the damage and recommend several solutions. Due to our budget, we selected what was determined to be most critical to do right away, and Cam was able to make suggestions for things we should watch for and maintain in the future. Jaime and the crew were very knowledgable of building materials and put our 1920's house back together with ease. They were very respectful of our belongings by covering everything in plastic and setting up containment to quaranteen affected areas. We can definitely tell a difference in the air quality and dampness in the house after getting the work done! more

After having four previous waterproofing contractors "fix" our balcony deck, Absolute Maintenance came out and actually fixed it, for good. The work was done quickly and professionally, and we had no further problems with leakage to the downstairs unit. The deck was waterproofed and resealed, and has not leaked since. more

I had water damage in my closet that had to be repaired. Absolute Consulting did the repair and mold remediation. They did a quick job and completed it when they said they would. more

They were terrific! We had a major mold and plumbing issue a week before Thanksgiving, and they worked very hard to remediate the mold and reconstruct walls, retile a bathroom floor, reinstall cabinets and countertop. They got a tremendous amount of work done, and they finished by Thanksgiving. The did a great job! more

Cameron at Absolute was very quick to respond to my inquiry for an estimate on mold removal and remediation in our kitchen. He came to our house within hours of my call on a Saturday. He was very knowledgeable about his field and right away we felt comfortable with hiring him. Camerons partner, Bryan, started the mold removal and remediation that following Monday. He was extremely thorough in his work and did a great job at keeping me updated on his progress and any unforeseen issues that arose. Bryan takes real pride in the work that he does and was genuinely concerned with my satisfaction and health of my daughter. Bryan is also very knowledge about his field and gave us some great tips on how to prevent mold in the future. It was really a pleasure working with both Cameron and Bryan! They helped make a horrible experience easier to cope with and both of them went above and beyond on customer service. They exceeded my expectations on quality, timing and price. If I were to ever need this type of work done on our house (or any of the other services that they provide), Absolute would be the only company that I would trust. I had mold between my bedroom and bathroom wall, and Absolute Consulting had to knock down the adjoining wall and replace that wall, which was also my shower wall. I had to redo my shower, and since the original bathroom floor had matching shower tiles, I had to redo all the flooring also. Absolute Consulting did all of that work. The people here were great. They were punctual, there every day, showed up and worked the entire time, very professional, and they did quality work. They did a very good job, and they were very knowledgeable about what they were doing. more

First off this company is amazing!!!I can not thank Cameron and Absolute Consulting enough for the help and service they provided! He was an extremely honest , professional and caring person that came to the rescue! Recently i had a terrible mold issue in my apartment. It had a few floods where my landlord did not clean the raw sewage properly and did not replace any carpets. This created a mold problem through out my carpets and even on the ceiling in my bathroom. After a long battle with my landlord and his supervisor, they "cleaned" it several times, wrote several inspections and replaced a few things. Since i was extremely sick still, I was concerned about wether or not this was done correctly. The original inspector "G & W environmentalist" refused to test where the visible problems were, and ignored me. I did not trust him and still had my doubts. I originally found absolute consulting on google and contacted them. I asked if they provided any services regarding just READING the inspection reports to educate me about what i was looking at. Within 10 minuets I had Cameron call me and ready to go over this for me. I emailed him all three reports. As soon as I did I had an immediate response about what he read and how to prevent it in the future. Even better he offered to come and do an inspection himself to 100 make sure it was handled correctly by the company my landlord hired. He came over and immediately started to work. When I was dealing with this problem originally I tried to show the inspector the visible signs and expressed my concerns. He literally ignored me. Cameron listened. He was extremely patient with everything I had to say, and tested everywhere I was concerned about. HE was the ONLY person who gave me a straight answer and said it like it is. Again I cannot thank him enough. Cameron taking the time to review this for me, educating me, doing an inspection, all of this made it possible for me to feel reassured and comfortable in my home again. I would absolutely refer this to anyone that has a problem such as mine. In the end this is the company that will be honest ,be there on time and get the job done RIGHT.
